The works involved:

- Closure of several footpaths and public carparks to facilitate site access and safety.

- Construction of a temporary site access and reinstatement on completion.

- Temporary closure of Buxton Train Station to allow the demolition of several 120ft lighting towers.

The works involved:

- Asbestos removal works.

- Removal of 5 Km of rail track.

- Demolition of a 100,000 sq/ft train maintenance building.

- Clearance and grading of the site.

Carlisle - Currock Rail Yard

The works involved:

- Asbestos removal works.

- Demolition of a 30,000 sq/ft warehouse and associated offices.

- Removal of rail track.

- Clearance and grading of the site.

Driffield Grain Mill

The works involved:

- Removal of extensive asbestos at high levels.

- Separation and demolition of 6 story grain mill.

- Separation and demolition of associated building and tanks.

- Salvage of 1000 tons of steel for recycling.

Micheldever WW2 Fuel Depot, Southampton

The works involved demolishing all buildings onsite and 'bricking up' of all doorways to the main fuel bunker.
